* Oversized items such as Bumpers and Racks may require truck freight or special handling fees. If the product you are interested in
requires truck freight or special handling, and our website does not
display the rates at time of purchase (very rare), the website will
still allow you to checkout. This only means we
cannot estimate accurate shipping rates for those item(s) ahead of time
and we will contact you after the purchase with accurate shipping rates
to your location.
* In the event the customer
returns an item originally sold with free shipping, the customer is
responsible for covering our original costs of shipping the item.

We do not consider Saturday and Sunday as business days. If you place
your order on a weekend, it will be processed for shipping on the next
business day.
* Products may ship in multiple boxes at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
* Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Most products are shipped by UPS, DHL, FedEx and USPS.

If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact
you and let you know. In most cases, if a product is not available to
ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Because this is considered
a special order, your credit card will be charged at the time of order.

If your item has been drop shipped from a vendor, 99% of the time we do not get an automated tracking number. If we do get a tracking number it will be forwarded along via email.
