Long hailed as the ideal front axle traction device because of it's operation characteristics and strength. This unique limited slip differential uses gears rather than clutch/friction plates that wear over time. This gear type unit provides quiet, automatic traction without creating steering problems associated with other front axle traction aiding differentials. The Trutrac will never lock-up 100%; instead it splits the torque in situations when you would normally experience wheel spin on wet, muddy or icy terrain. For the occasional off-roader, the Trutrac is well-suited to allow necessary traction off-road, but still maintains stock highway drivability.

For use with Dana Model 35 rear axle with gear ratio of 3.54 to 5.38.
