This "IS" the solution for mounting your Ford 8.8 into your XJ, ZJ. The 8.8 has a flat yoke flange and this adapter allows you to bolt up your existing driveshaft with stock 1310 u-joints.

Many people use the 1310/1330 u-joint to mount their 8.8, but if a u-joint breaks the 1310 is a standard part at most local auto parts stores. The conversion u-joint 1310/1330 is less stocked in most auto stores.
